Legal Document Services and Estate Plan Signing

I am not an attorney and only provide Notary Public and document services to Law Firms and their clients upon request. Below is a list of Legal Signing Services provided to attorneys. This list is not all inclusive but is only a summary, if you have special request for on-going services that your firm would like to speak with me about assisting with, please send me an email with your specific request to

- Provide Estate Plan Signing Services to attorneys and individuals in-office or at the clients residence 

- Notarize Living Trust or Updates

- Amendments to Estate Plans - HIPPA Waivers, Trust, Durable/Financial Power Of Attorney, Deed of Trust, Grant Deeds, or more

- Other Land or Title Documents

- Business Ownership/Share Changes

- Intake Process of New clients - Will Travel to clients home to complete Intake paperwork, gather information and paperwork, take picture of injuries, vehicles, etc. (This includes Personal Injury Clients)

Services Fees

$15 per signature for notarized documents

$75 for Intake Process (Sacramento County), $150 outside of Sacramento county and $85 for each additional client

$90 - $210 on average for Estate Plans depending on the number of Signers. Additional fee for 3 or more signers
