Services Fees

$15 per signature, per document.

$100 - Intake Processing (Sacramento County and City of Roseville) and $200 outside of Sacramento County.

Average fee for Trust Signings range between $150 - $250 depending on the number of Signers. Additional fees are based on the number of additional signers, number of deeds attached or other amended documents, and travel fee.

Fees may be negotiable based on average daily or weekly volume (Contracted Services only!)
