$15 per signature, per document.
$95 - Intake Processing (Sacramento County and City of Roseville) and $150 outside of Sacramento County.
$75 for each additional client (New Client In-Take for Legal Clients)
Average fee for Trust Signings range between $150 - $250 depending on the number of Signers. Additional fees are based on the number of additional signers, number of deeds attached or other amended documents, and travel fee.
Fees may be negotiable based on average daily or weekly volume (Contracted Services only!)
